How It Works

1. UV Sterilisation First
   Mains water flows into a UV chamber. The UV-C lamp emits germicidal light that damages the DNA of microorganisms, rendering them inactive or unable to replicate.

2. Pre-Filtration & Filtration
   After UV treatment, water passes through sediment and carbon pre-filters, then through membrane and post-carbon filters to remove physical, chemical, and organic contaminants.

3. Temperature Conditioning & Dispense
   The filtered water is then directed to heating or cooling modules to reach your selected temperature, before being dispensed through the faucet. Because the system is tankless, this process happens on-demand and there is negligible stored water.

4. Automatic Flushing
   Between use, internal pathways are flushed to prevent stagnation and maintain cleanliness.
